Forced to Sell My Jaguar

I never thought the day would come when I had to sell my Jaguar. It was my dream car when I bought it, but sadly my monetary situation is not what it was back then. Frankly, I gambled away too much of it last time I was in Vegas. Needless to say, I needed a quick way to sell my Jaguar because I had debts to pay.

Jaguar is a popular British luxury sedan manufacturer. Despite its past reliability issues, its merger with Ford Motor Company has allowed it an updated lease on life and enhanced the build. The Jaguar has always been known for its signature curvy shape, almost reminiscent of a woman's body. The recently released XK coupe was said to be designed after the curves of actress Kate Winslet. You can see why it would be hard for me to sell my Jaguar, as it is truly a magnificent automobile.

Where to Sell?

After a quick pep talk with myself, I went on The Great Selling Option hunt. I couldn't take the chance of being talked into another Jag, so the dealership was a danger I wouldn't risk. Honestly, I couldn't stomach the used car classified ad option. To have to convince strangers to buy my baby was something I couldn't see myself doing. I had to find an easy way to sell my Jaguar and fast!

I stumbled across an article online that discussed used car selling options, and in the article was a link to an online service that sounded promising. I went to the site and filled out their online form, giving them some basic information about my Jaguar. There is no obligation by filling out the form, so I thought it was worth a try.

Put the "For Sale" Sign Away

Not long after I filled out the online form, I received a phone call from an appraiser. He listened patiently as I bragged about my Jag, then made an appointment with me to take a look at it. He told me it would take less than half an hour and that I would be given a cash offer that very day. I was sold, so I made the appointment for the same afternoon. Like I said, I was in a hurry.

True to his word, about half an hour after he showed up, he had a cash offer for me. In fact, it was one I couldn't refuse, one that made me feel a little better about having to sell my Jaguar. Not only could I pay off my debts, but I had a little extra cash to take to the casino after.
